- Date and time of the order (if possible);
- The amount of the order;
- A photo of the cheque.

Can I return money for purchases made before registering with Sanely?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get cashback for purchases made before registering with Sanely. You must click on our special links before you place an order to receive cashback. To receive cashback for future purchases, make sure that you have activated your cacheback in-store through our platform.
