If the reward has not been credited to your account in the order history within an hour, then there is no need to sound the alarm. This problem could arise due to the following reasons: you returned a product or service or violated one of the rules written on the store page. If you followed the rules when buying and did not cancel the order, then most likely there was a failure in the statistics, so you did not receive cashback.

Email us help@sanely.cc the following information:

Order number (in the store system);
Order date (and time if available);
Order amount;
Check photo.
