Service malfunctions: what was it?

We experienced the second major crash in the history of our service and unfortunately we were not able to respond in time to messages from our previous hosting provider Hetzner. As a result, all data was deleted with no possibility of recovery.

 

We deeply apologize for the loss of order and account data over the past year and a half. However, we managed to partially restore the database. All accounts with confirmed cashback have already been restored. However, we have not been able to match the cashback to accounts received recently.
